The fastest way to write a post in Content at Scale is to use a keyword.

But Content at Scale has many other ways to write a post. It's the only platform on which you can write blog posts from a keyword, existing blog post URL, YouTube video, podcast episode, custom audio file, or document.

How to Prompt Content at Scale to Write a Post

From inside a project, click "Write Post"

Click the project where you want the posts, then click "Write Post" in the top right corner.

Choose your input type

You can write a post in Content at Scale using any of the following sources:

The best input you can use to create content is using a keyword (research the keyword first).

Here's how to create an article using a keyword:

  1. Input your keyword in "What Keyword Do You Want To Rank For?

  2. You can toggle the More Options menu if you want to add additional instructions (word count, topical experience, tags, etc.)

  3. Create an article for this keyword now by clicking Write Post Now, or create it later by clicking Save to Content Planner or Schedule for Later.

By default, the following content creation methods have Add real-time research from Google for SEO toggled off.

Toggle it on in order to add real-time research from Google for SEO.

Existing Blog Post URL

  1. Once you have a blog post you'd like Content at Scale to create a unique version of, paste that URL directly into the box below where it says "Enter the blog post URL".

  2. Then, choose either Save to Content Planner, Save to Content Calendar, or Write Post Now.

YouTube Video

  1. Once you have a YouTube video you'd like Content at Scale to create a unique version of, paste that URL directly into the box below where it says "Enter the YouTube URL".

  2. Then, choose either Save to Content Planner, Save to Content Calendar, or Write Post Now.

Podcast Episode

  1. Once you have a podcast you'd like Content at Scale to create a unique version of, paste that URL directly into the box below where it says "Podcast episode URL".

  2. Then, choose either Save to Content Planner, Save to Content Calendar, or Write Post Now.

Audio File

  1. Once you have an MP3 URL you'd like Content at Scale to create a unique version of, paste that URL directly into the box below where it says Custom URL.

  2. Then, choose either Save to Content Planner, Save to Content Calendar, or Write Post Now.

Document

  1. Document must be .docx, .pptx, or .pdf. Before uploading, make sure you can highlight the text of the document (if you can't highlight the text on your document, then a computer can't read it).

  2. Once uploaded, choose either Save to Content Planner, Save to Content Calendar, or Write Post Now.

Please note that when generating a post from a YouTube URL, blog post URL, podcast URL, custom audio file, or document, you'll see an option to select "Add real-time research from Google for SEO." By enabling this feature, our AI will incorporate top-ranking articles from Google as references in crafting the post.

💡 Click Write Post Now, and your content will be ready within a few minutes. Then it's time to edit your post.
