To utilize this tool, it is necessary to generate a report from keywords first. This report will provide you with insights into the content you'll create, leveraging competitor headers to potentially surpass your competitors in rankings.
Getting Started
Created from a Topic Report, customizable to your heading preferences. Save or use for instant post creation. The key enhancement is the new in-app "Customize" feature, enabling users to effortlessly add or remove headers, ranging from H2 to H5.
To create a new Content Brief, from the Topic Research page, click Create Content Brief.
Alternatively, you can also click on this option within the topic report dashboard.
You'll notice two columns: on the left, you can customize your brief according to your research needs. On the right-hand side, you'll find the top 50 ranking competitors based on the keyword.
In the picture, you can see how I added these headers from the right side and adjusted them from H2 to H5.
Please keep in mind: Our AI doesn't simply copy content; instead, it conducts its own research to create fresh, SEO-optimized content.
At times, our AI might include predefined headers there, but you have the freedom to remove them and insert your own. Even better, you can create your own header by clicking the "+" icon in the left column.
Also, you can save your current work by clicking the "Save" button in the left column you're working on. To view existing Content Briefs, simply click on Content Intelligence > Content Brief or if you're comfortable with it, feel free to click on 'Write a Post' to begin crafting the content.
You can also generate your own outline/headings by clicking the + sign button located beneath the Headings section. Here, you have the freedom to personalize your headings and direct the AI on which topics to cover.
Once you have finished finalizing the headers, you can click the "Write a Post Now" button, and Content at Scale will generate content for you based on the headers you have entered.
Your ability to observe this generation should be present in your "posts" tab, where you can view all of your generated content.
Additionally, you can specify the keywords and entities you wish to include in your content based on your research. You have the flexibility to both remove and add keyword entities before generating the content.
You can access your Content Brief or any unfinished ones at any time through the project dashboard. Simply click on "Content Intelligence > Content Brief."

If you've created content based on a Content Brief using a generated report, you won't be able to customize it further in the research tab because you've already made customizations before generating the content.

How many Content Briefs can I create?
The number of Content Briefs you get depends on your current billing tier. For example, if you are on the RankWell® Essentials plan, you get 25 Content Briefs per month. For larger plans, you can get up to 250 Content Briefs.
Can I buy more Content Briefs separately?
Yes. You can buy more Content Briefs separately from your billing menu for only $49 for a batch of 25 Content Briefs.
Is a Content Brief available in my current plan?
Content Briefs are available for all users who have a RankWell® plan. If you do not have a RankWell® plan, you can upgrade from your billing menu.
