Content at Scale users can archive inactive projects. This reduces project usage, creating space for new projects.

Archiving a project cannot be undone. Archiving the project will result in the permanent loss of access to posts, topic reports, keyword research or clusters, content briefs, optimization audits, and any other components associated with the project.

Here's how to archive a project:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Click the Project you want to archive

  3. Go to Project Settings

  4. Scroll down and click the Archive button

  5. Choose to Keep Project Active or Permanently Archive

Archiving unused projects frees up space for new ones. For additional slots, purchase 5 for $49/month. Learn how to add more credits.
