Content at Scale users can archive inactive projects. This reduces project usage, creating space for new projects.

Archiving a project cannot be undone. Archiving the project will result in the permanent loss of access to posts, topic reports, keyword research or clusters, content briefs, optimization audits, and any other components associated with the project.

Here's how to archive a project:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the "RankWell®" section on the left side.

  3. Select the specific project you wish to archive.

  4. Go to the Project Settings.

  5. Scroll down the page and locate the Archive button.

  6. Choose to Keep the Project Active or Permanently Archive.

Archiving unused projects frees up space for new ones. For additional projects, you can purchase a batch of 5 for only $49/month. Learn how to add more credits.
